At Ordeno, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ordeno.nl. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
